1. Are Octorika treats safe for all dogs and cats?
Yes! All our treats are made from 100% natural, human-grade ingredients and are safe for puppies/kittens above 3 months and adult pets.
2. Do you add preservatives, colours, or chemicals?
No. Our treats contain zero artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or fillers.
3. What is the shelf life of the treats?
Shelf life is 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Reseal the pouch after every use for maximum freshness.
4. How do I store the treats after opening?
Keep the pouch airtight and away from moisture.
Optional: Refrigerate to extend freshness.
5. How many treats can I feed per day?
Treats should be only 10% of daily diet.
Small pets: 1β2 treats/day
Medium pets: 2β4 treats/day
Large pets: 4β6 treats/day
6. Are Octorika treats good for training?
Yes! They are high-protein, aromatic, and loved by petsβperfect for training and rewards.
7. Are your products suitable for sensitive-stomach pets?
Most sensitive pets do well with our clean, natural treats.
If your pet has known allergies, start with a small amount.
8. Do you ship all over India?
Yes. We deliver to all pincodes in India.
9. How long does delivery take?
Metro: 2β4 days
Non-Metro: 3β6 days
Remote: 5β8 days
10. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
