At Octorika Petfood, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and properly packed.
If something goes wrong, we are here to help.


πŸ”„ Eligibility for Return or Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund only if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Items were missing from your order

We do not accept returns for taste preferences, change of mind, or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.


⏳ Time Window for Raising a Complaint

You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted, as pet treats are perishable and must be inspected immediately upon arrival.

Please send the following to hafistraders@gmail.com:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos or videos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The damaged/incorrect product

  3. Description of the issue

Our team will verify and process your request.


πŸ’³ Refund or Replacement Process

Once your issue is approved:

You can choose:

  • A replacement product shipped to you
    or

  • A refund processed to your original payment method

Refunds take 5–7 business days to show in your account.


🚫 Cases Not Eligible for Return / Refund

We cannot offer returns or refunds for the following:

  • Order placed by mistake

  • Pet dislikes the taste

  • Product opened and/or used

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Courier delays caused by weather, festivals, or logistics

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Change of mind after placing the order

Note: Octorika Petfood does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed.
