We work hard to ensure your order is packed safely and delivered on time so your pets enjoy fresh, high-quality treats.

📌 1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.

📌 2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.

📌 3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 days

Please note:
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or logistical issues beyond our control.

📌 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you make the payment.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.

📌 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier details

  • Shipping updates by email/SMS

You can also contact us for help with tracking.

📌 6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Orders may not be delivered if:

  • The address entered is incorrect or incomplete

  • Customer is unavailable at the location

  • Courier cannot reach the area

In such cases:

  • The order will not be eligible for free re-delivery.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
